Absolutely love this company. I caught them on their 4th of July sale. I always need new tennis shoes. I wanted to try the diadora and lactose brands for a while, I just didn’t want to pay the prices. When I tell you I found them for over 60 percent off. I was so happy. I bought both pairs, they were absolutely amazing, fit perfect and arrived at a timely manner. While I’m in Atlanta and the store is not, everything is explained so well online. Highly suggest this over tennis warehouse, anywhere else. Even had my racket 60 cheaper than anywhere. We all know those are not cheap’

Everything with my online order went somewhat well. The only issue I had was with the website not properly collecting my gift cards. The showed at checkout then dropped off. My main issue was with the email support department. They definitely can be improved. The email response I received from support was somewhat rude and filled with grammatical and spelling errors. My guess is they are outsourcing it and this is why it was below average. Outside of that, my order was filled properly and shipped on time.

I have placed a few racket demo orders and Midwest always does a great job. This latest order I dealt with Makayla who was awesome in helping ensure the demos were in stock and would ship in a timely manner. I received outstanding customer service.

Purchased a pair of shoes from this store that unfortunately didn't fit right. Wore them for a single session — less than an hour of light play — before deciding to return them. The store claimed the shoes were too worn to resell and offered only a 50% store credit as a "courtesy." I pushed back, explaining that under an hour of wear shouldn't cause that kind of damage and even raised the possibility that someone else may have tried them on after I returned them. They didn't address that at all. I then offered to take the same shoe in a half size up, even in the same worn condition, so neither of us would lose out. A simple, fair exchange. They completely ignored that request and just repeated the 50% store credit offer. When I asked if it could at least be a refund instead of store credit, they said no — store credit only. So my options were: accept half the value in credit at a store that treated me this way, or get my shoes back. I took my shoes back. I genuinely respect businesses that value their customers and handle situations with fairness. This was the opposite of that. They had multiple chances to make this right with a simple exchange and chose not to. Lost a customer

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Ordered a pair of shoes, tried them on indoors for a couple of minutes, and they didn't fit (too small), so I returned them the same day (dropped off at FedEx within hours). They received the return on April 7th, but took 10 days to process it. I was then told the shoes were "used" based on marks on one sole. and my refund was denied. I only tried them on briefly inside my home. The photos they sent also showed a noticeable color difference from the pair I received (orange vs blue), which was attributed to lighting. Their solution was 50% store credit , and when I declined, I was told they would send the shoes back to me and I could try to resell them myself online. Be cautious ordering from this company if you may need to make a return.
